JILSIRU (질시루)

Operated by Institute of Traditional Korean Food, JISIRU is tteok cafe where customers can enjoy a variety of delicate Korean rice cakes and tea drinks. Tteok is traditional Korean cakes made with sweet rice flour. Tteok has many flavors and colors depending on its ingredients and fillings.

JILSIRU offers both traditional and new tteok recipes, offering naturally flavored variations, including pumpkin, strawberry, and ume flower. Some of tteok variations are edible arts that are pleasantly shaped and decorated. JILSIRU's drink menu includes traditional teas that are healthful and latte drinks, mixed with natural ingredients. All rice cake labels and drink menu are written in both Korean and English.
